Oil material causes the ordinary rubber covers of the belt to swell and come off easily, in which usually results a complete breakdown in the conveyor system.
- Features
- MOR (Moderate Oil Resistance)
Designed to be used in moderately oily enviroments. Recommended for specialize service such as wood chips, waste disposal, sewage, sludge, whole grains, and lightly oil treated materials. Recommended service ambient temperature max. +80℃, min. -30℃.
OR (Oil Resistance)
Resistance to materials containing high concerntrations of animal or vegetable fats, heavy oil that cause swelling and sponginess. Recommended service ambient temperature max. +60℃, min. -20℃.
SOR (Superior Oil Resistance)
Superior Resistance to materials containing high concerntrations of oily mental parts, pine oil etc. Recommended service ambient temperature max. +100℃, min. -30℃.
HOR (Heat & Oil Resistance)
Used on systems handling hot and oily material, the cover are 100% Nitrile polymer, with no other type elastomer. This grade is recommended for conveyory hot asphalt with temperature up to 120℃ where both oil and heat resistance are requried.

SOR: Application for oily metal, pine oil etc. Temperature range -30℃~100℃. HOR: Application for asphalt etc. Temperature range -20℃~120℃.
